Stability Training Workout w/ the SYN Rings, BOSU, and Kettlebell

Try this fun and efficient 3 move circuit on your own or with your clients. Not only a great stability workout, but an interesting way to change up your workout=)

Stability Training Circuit

1) SYN Rings Bar Squat
One of the most classic stability training exercises with the MostFit SYN Rings, The destabilized bar forces you to focus on balanced hips and a strong core during a bar squat.

2) SYN Rings Bar Bench Press
Another favorite with the SYN Rings, the standard bar press becomes more unilaterally challenging, like dumbbells, but with even more stability benefits for the shoulder, pecs and core.

3) BOSU Unilateral Kettlebell Squat
Seemingly simple; but deceptively requires a large amount of focus. Try to place your feet in a 45 degree position but still drop your hips as low as possible.

MostFit SYN Rings add a new type of intensity and instability element to weight training and functional training workouts.  SYN Rings allow the user to suspend weight plates from an Olympic weightlifting bar creating instability and forcing the user to engage more core and stability muscles to increase overall strength. SYN Rings allow the weight plates to move in all directions, including forward, back, side-to-side, up-and-down and in circular motions. Portable and easy to store, SYN Rings can go with you anywhere, fit in a drawer, or a small spot on the functional training zone floor.
