Sledgehammer Alternating Lever Pushup

The alternating lever pushup on the Core Hammer is a more advanced move that really challenges your core, shoulders, balance, chest and arm muscles. Perform a lever push up with one hand on the head of the Hammer, the other hand on the elevated tail. after you perform a push, carefully bring both hands to the head, rotate the handle 180* and repeat on the other side.
